You will be asked to sign the Terms for Treatment online and complete the Intake forms. If you are seeking services for your relationship, both you and your spouse/partner need to complete the registration process. After each of you have registered, I will link your two accounts.
Your Client portal account is where you will log in for each appointment. This is also where you may schedule or change appointments, send me secure email and to make payments by credit card.
